Selina is great. I am glad to have had her suggested by a friend. She knows her subject matter well, and she was able to get me the insurance and benefits that I needed ,which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

Personable.. I didn’t feel like just another person. We actually talked about all the possibilities for me and what would best suit me. I’ve actually passed his name on to another friend and told her souls would not be sorry she talked to him. Very helpful

Eirik is an amazing, helpful and calming agent in the storm of uncertainty, confusion and difficulty of the Medicare process. He took me step by step and explained everything to me and provided information and choices for me to choose from. He was a God send in all my confusion. He is a perfect example of customer service. My gentleman that helped me from Navigate Medicare was Bob Haak. He was very patient and took his time with me to see what Medicare Plan was best for me. He was very knowledgeable. He never made me feel he rushing me to get off the phone he took his time with me. He made all my worries go away. I will definitely spread his name/number to other Family and Friends.

I have been working with Eirik off and on for several months. First about my own Medicare and then about my mothers. I must say I love working with Eirik. He is always professional and he works very hard to find what we need. If I have questions I know I can reach out and if I have to leave a message he always gets back to me. In the future I will always communicate with Eric to address any policy changes or information needed. He’s the best!
