I recently enrolled in a new health care plan for 2024 and I had a LOT of questions. I fortunately was connected to Callie Navrides and she was AMAZING in guiding me through the process. She followed on with the insurance company who's coverage was not very clear and also follow-up with my preferred hospital and dental providers on coverage. She was a pleasure to work with.

Callie was great and patient with answering my questions and concerns. She was helpful and I felt she really cared for me. I just wish healthcare was free for everyone ...and dental should be in every care plan. My coverage will begin in January.

Callie with Navaquote is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her help. I have felt so overwhelmed and so confused by this whole process and very hopeless for years. I have been scared to even start this insurance process after we got scammed. Worried about what my future looks like and what it means for my family. I truly can't thank her enough to do everything within an hour phone call. She's actually changed my family's life and I would recommend Callie to anyone I know!
