Never received order. It’s been over a month. Every time I ask for a refund they have an excuse. I’m going to have to get my bank involved.

Ordered last month said it was shipped out on the 15th, here it is the 3rd of October and it's not even close to my city. I will not ever do business with this company again and don't this company to others. TikTok is where I found the company...I will stick with buying products from Amazon from here on out. I don't even want the product at this point.

customer service is horrible, and online order placing is horrible.

Tried their lecithin and it felt empty. Some supplements make you feel better, other don't make any difference. Researched the company a bit and realized that although they are US registered, their manufactureing facilities are in russia. Why wouldn't they promote the brand as a russian brand? Anyways, red flag for me. I don't recommend choosing their product.

After Natures Sunshine was purchased in 2021 I noticed that their chlorophyl tasted almost like witch hazel and I couldn't drink it. I read on the label that they added parabens to the chlorophyl at some point and these are alleged to be very bad for your health. I threw out my 5 new bottles and now use a different brand that is clean. I used to like their product.

Really bad experience with their representative Anton Lutsevich. No idea why the company would hire such rude people. I suggest you invest in customer service, judging by the other reviews, it's something that everyone is complaining about.

Just so you know.. I just went through radiation for estrogen growth hormone, in left breast. I took C-X for hot flashes, yes it calmed them down. But also it caused the cancer to grow. I believe that this needs to be banned...My Cancer Doctor said people shouldn't take the C-X. It's a rapid growth food for cancer in breast.

They charge extra for shipping, and unfortunately, there's a lack of communication once you've made your purchase. Tracking the shipment becomes quite a challenge, leaving you uncertain about whether your products have been shipped. Moreover, if you've paid extra for 1 to 2 business day delivery, don't expect that speedy service. I would recommend considering Amazon as an alternative to their website. Not only is Amazon more affordable, but it also delivers faster, and, importantly, they provide a more reliable service without any deceptive practices.
