I ordered 2 bottles of Black Walnut Extract & a dropper. I had been checking the order on your website. Suddenly today, I see it was cancelled. I know I should have checked my Gmail, but as I rarely use it, I didn't think about it, I was checking the order on your site. My daughter, Michelle Strickland, in Georgia has been waiting for the delivery. I'm very disappointed. I found this/your product on another site selling your products not only in stock but on sale!

I bought an item from Nature's Sunshine and called with a question about the product before using it and the customer service person had no idea, couldn't answer anything about the product except for reading the description, did not offer to connect me to someone who could answer, only said that there might be a health food store that carries their products And maybe I could call them I did call the health food store and the owner told me that Nature's Sunshine had been bought out by several companies including Vanguard. Vanguard indirectly owns: Key supplement and wellness companies with significant ownership stakes from Vanguard include: Herbalife: A global nutrition and supplement company with a major ownership stake from Vanguard. Nestlé: Owns major supplement brands including Garden of Life, Solgar, and Pure Encapsulations. Church & Dwight Co., Inc.: Owns VitaFusion and L'il Critters gummy vitamin brands. Viatris Inc.: A pharmaceutical company involved in health products. Church & Dwight Co., Inc. - Investor Relations Church & Dwight Co., Inc. - Investor Relations +3 Vanguard also invests heavily in the broader healthcare industry, with major holdings in companies like Eli Lilly & Co. and Johnson & Johnson through its healthcare funds. So much for a solid vitamin company.

I made my subscribe and thrive order before the price raise and was quoted a price. YET, when my order was put through, I was charged the new price. I feel that's totally unfair! You knew the date set that the order would go through. So IF I was going to be charged the new price, I should have been quoted the new price online when my items were ordered!!! Your prices are becoming outrageous to top it off. This last jump in my order was unbelievable!!!
