Seems to work well
The supplement seems to work well for me. My first shipment it was in tablet form and I could cut it to use as needed. The second bottle was capsules so a little harder to control how much I was taking but have learned to manage it. Thank you for the free samples with each shipment. Nice to try new things;

My only complaint …
My only complaint is that both bottles had small cracks in the lids that allowed for a small amount of the oil to leak out. Fortunately they were in a plastic zip bag, but it still was a waste.
