I have been using NS products for almost 20 yrs and have watched the quality of vitamins, MG amounts and ingredients suffer. Formula's are changed without mention. Tablets cone 3/4 pieces and capsules cracked making a mess. I never experienced this 10 plus years ago. I hope the products don't continue to decline.

The customer service was great! That would be more stars. HOWEVER, I order and use many different websites to order from, and I am baffled how DIFFICULT your website is to order from. I have had a problem with changing dates 3 different times before calling customer service. I "thought" I had changed the order dates every single time...until I never got my order. Ordering shouldn't be complicated but I eventually gave up and had to have customer service handle it. Changing dates should be an easy fix but it isn't. It's so frustrating and such a shame for such a long standing company to have such difficulty with something so little to change. It's totally fixable. If I hadn't been a customer, I would've given up on placing an order. It doesn't have to be THAT HARD!

Just took a while to get my product

they were out of 1 product, but I understand why some things cannot be helped

I did not like the double shipment I received. I ordered 3 bottles of lymphatic cleanse, received them, them one week later received another box with 3 more bottles of the same product. I will be returning the second shipment.

The items came good but the carriers that bring the merchandise doesn't care about the package they try to open it & crush it thanks fot package at the box & well taped both side if not thift came along & we lost our products.

I love your products. If I have any questions you guys are always there to help. I have bought from you for years and have had only excellent experiences. Thanks

I have been with this company over 32 years and they have headed down the path of less customer service while increasing prices. Sad to say they cant even transfer a call correctly either. I have been waiting since Sept 2019 for the childrens vitamins to be reformulated with no idea when or what to expect. No one knows .... but they have many new programs and offers of great ways for us to sell sell sell this company. Long wait times and short answers to why.
