I received the wrong items. 6 bottles of an incorrect item and did not receive my 6 bottles of elderberry D3fense that I ordered. I tried online customer service on Saturday as it said available 24 hours a day, after 30 minutes it told me that I needed customer service during M-F business hours. Then I called Monday and was on the phone for 26 minutes. I was told I had to drive to the nearest UPS store (50 minutes) and drop off the incorrect bottles I was sent. It was not my mistake and I should not have been expected to do this on my time and gas, without compensation. After much discussion and really lack of apology, Ov told me he would call back with info for the items to be picked up from my house. He did not call back, however, a UPS driver showed up at my house this morning and asked for the package I was having picked up. Again, I had no idea as I was never called back or informed with the pick up time and info. It was a good thing that I was home and could get the items. I am still currently waiting to receive the 6 bottles of Elderberry D3fense that I paid for. This was my very first time ordering from the company and it may be my last.

I purchase Natures Sunshine probiotics because it’s live. I would always receive it in a cooler pack. This time I received it in an envelope. I love so far up north that the live bacteria is no longer live.I have severe gut problems and this product was the only one that helped me. I was really disappointed because I have used this product for years

Thank you for your reply as unfortunately we have never sent our probiotics with a cooler pack. Our probiotics are specially formulated with an additional 25% overage of live cultures and are tested to withstand normal shipping conditions, including up to two weeks of high heat and humidity while maintaining their labeled potency. For maximum freshness and shelf life, we recommend refrigerating or freezing the product as soon as it is received.
