Natural LinensReviews of naturallinens.com

Buyer Beware! This company is owned by JHC Shops out of Hong Kong, They own a lot of shops and websites that camouflage themselves as from the US. The shirts are not embroidered and not linen. Do not buy from them. Sizes are wonky too. Contact info on Natural Linen site goes nowhere. I am updating my review. It’s August 2026. I never received my 3rd shirt I paid for. They are trying to say they are not the Natural Linens I purchased from but I rechecked the website and links. There are so many fake sites out there claiming to be made in USA but are not. PayPal has not responded to my claim yet so not sure if they will refund me. Not feeling as protected by them as I used to be!

Saddened that Natural Linens plays games with their product descriptions by touting "natural" and "cotton" - and yes the cover is made of cotton - but purposely omitting details on specific products that also use polyester. For example, their Downright Alternative Luxury Mattress Pad description describes the 100% cotton cover; NOWHERE does it describe the filling (which is 100% POLYESTER. Of course, you only discover this after you've purchased and taken delivery, and so most people (including me) try to live with it instead of going through the hassle of returning This is what shady websites do. Product descriptions omit details that might turn off buyers. What makes this really disturbing is their hypocrisy. Natural Linens touts selling products that are natural - trusting (or naive) customers are tricked into thinking they are only selling products made of natural fabrics.
