They sold me a counterfeit product
They sold me a counterfeit product. Sold as a real Adidas jacket- it’s not. It resembles the product photos but is obviously not the real thing. I’m not happy, as I spent over $100. I feel robbed. *after contacting the FTC and BBB and filing complaints the company offered a return- at my cost for shipping. I spent $15 to send the jacket back and they are delaying paying me despite having the item already. They keep requesting that I remove my negative review instead. * I initiated a chargeback through PayPal and received a return that way for the jacket, but still had to pay shipping to return it. Email received from Natural Jackets 1/6/26- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. As your full refund has now been successfully processed, we kindly request that you consider withdrawing the complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We would also like to clarify that we did not charge any shipping fees to you at the time of purchase. The original shipping cost was covered by us. For this reason, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with our policy. We humbly apologize once again for the inconvenience and kindly ask, if possible, that you consider updating or revising your review on Trustpilot to reflect the resolution. They are a scam
They are a scam. They promised delivery by a certain date and didn’t deliver. I was skeptical of them so I tried reaching out within that time frame and they wouldn’t respond to multiple emails. I try looking up my order number and it says it doesn’t exist. Do not order from them!!!

Be careful
Be careful. If the fit is off, they won't allow you to exchange or refund. They also have 20% restocking fee. After I said I was going to just contact my bank because now I'm annoyed and want a refund, they said they wanted to help me. $20 for a custom fit that I never asked for and $20 for shipping. Starting to feel like this is a scam now. Their jackets are so cheap because they make money off of these fees!
