My order with NattyCat was via her Kickstarter for the everyday bag - she kept us informed every step of the way of the progress for our pledges, and once the item was shipped, it arrived in a timely fashion (travelling half way across the world!). Any questions I've had have been answered within 48 hours via the email address on her website, and she has been nothing but polite, helpful and transparent! I'm now waiting my pledges from her most recent Kickstarter!

Recently I received an email for an order I placed. The tracking number didn’t show up, however, NattyCat and team were extremely helpful and managed to fix the error within just a few hours! I 100% would recommend this small biz and will continue to support it. 🩷

This shop always has such cute products! I've ordered so many pins & the mini ID wallet has been a life saver for conventions! The desk mat I ordered for my brother's birthday has held up so well too! The shop owner is quick to respond to any emails I've sent. She was even able to combine shopping for two orders I had placed within a day of each other & refund me the redundant shipping!

I’ve ordered pins from NattyCat before and my experience was nothing short of wonderful! My items shipped and arrived quickly (although NC obviously has no control over USPS, so any delays on USPS’s end wouldn’t have been her fault!). The pins I received are super high quality and some of my favorites in my collection. I highly recommend this seller!

This brand has some of the most well made and high quality products I have ever purchased. Both my every day wallet and my purple coffin ITA bag are multiple years old and still holding up well to wear and tear Customer service has always been wonderful, even when something was left out of my order she was quick to remedy the issue. Kickstarter rewards always go out in a timely manner and I've never had an issue with shipping times, USPS delays are normal for all small business's but that isn't the sellers fault and NattyCat has always been very helpful in finding things that may have been misscanned or delayed by USPS. I'll be shopping with her again this holiday season

I have ordered from NattyCat a couple of times- stickers, pins, washi tape, apparell- the quality of any product I've gotten has always been excellent! I always get an email update when my order has shipped and she is really good about updating her social media with her schedule and any delays to sending out orders. I have also met her at a convention and she is so sweet and works really hard!!! I highly recommend her products, really cute and fun merch!

Received my package in a timely manner and was happy with the product! Her pins are gorgeous and they definitely have a touch of her personality. 100% will order again.
