I have been purchasing from Natty since the pandemic. I purchased the first Everyday Bag and wore it to the ground. It is still in excellent shape. I recently bought the new Everyday Bag and get compliments at my job everyday. This is an excellent small biz run by a wonderful person who is extremely communicative and makes “nerd” merch you want to wear. Extremely creative and always products are top notch. My pins have never scratched and look great on my wall and on my bags.

Nattycat is a phenomenal small business to shop with, and the creator behind the brand is an absolute gem. They’re always transparent regarding changes to stock & types of items available, and work with customers when developing new items and ideas to really flesh out a concept and execute it expertly. I’ve been shopping from Natty for at least three years, now, and my pins are some of the highest quality in my collection. I frequently gift pins to my friends; there really is something for everyone at Nattycat. Items ship quickly and are always well packaged (not to mention the lil freebies and stickers that often get thrown in!), too.

I have been a fan of NattyCat and her brand since the beginning. She is an amazing artist and down to earth person. Her art is a mixture of cute and sassy that I can’t resist. I met her this year at Acen and she was even sweeter in person. Her customer service is also top notch! Any time I’ve needed help with an order she was right there. She’s very transparent about everything and her prices are incredibly fair for the quality.

I love this shop!! Not only do they have super cute designs and good prices, the shop owner / creator does a fantastic job with customer service and you can really tell she puts her values into her business in the best way. Very trustworthy member of the anime/pin community who I’ve purchased from now many times over the years.

Absolutely love my pins!!! The creator is sooo sweet & really cares about her clientele!! I was so excited to add her work to my boards!! The amount of love, care & compassion for customers is TOP NOTCH!! 🖤 It's really hard to come by these days! Can't wait to buy more of all the things!!
