I have ordered from Nattycat several times over several years, as well as being an off and on Pin Club member! I've only ever had one mix up with an order, and Natty was quick to make it right on top of being super nice about everything! Can't recommend this little shop enough!!

I placed this order back a few years ago but I ordered a blue wallet with a cute sparkly heart ID peakaboo along with four little fuzzy cat bags. The quality of all the items, even now, are amazing. There was a hiccup with my order originally and only a receipt was inside but Natty quickly handled it. I think at the time one of the items was a preorder lol.

Every time I order it’s like someone sent me a little present! She always includes extra goodies and is a genuinely wonderful person!!! 10/10

Natty makes the cutest things that are always high quality. I have been buying from her for years and never had any issues. She even went out of her way to get an order rushed to me in time to hand out at a friend’s funeral.
