I ordered a floating shelf from this company on Boxing Day 2024 (26/12/24). It has now been 6 weeks since my order, with no update to tracking for the last 2 weeks. I have reached out multiple times, but only generic reply templates are used to respond, with no tangible information on my order. The only instructions were to sit and wait for a lost parcel. I am very disappointed in the transaction.
