I really, really wanted, needed this product to provide me some relief with edema in my legs and feet. I had been taking a diuretic prescription and the constant urination was overwhelming because I struggle with standing and walking. I watched the advertisement and I saw that the company offered a 365 day return policy, so I felt that the company stood behind their products and it must provide results. I guess not all products provide results for a number of people. Unfortunately for me, this product did not work. I tried one bottle and when I called the company, it was suggested that I try a second bottle because it may take longer for me to receive results. I was desperate and willing to try any and everything. I did not receive relief from the edema and I contacted the company. I was told to return the empty container. I explained my situation and after a few minutes on hold I was told that I would receive a refund. I believe that a company that stands behind their products and displays compassion to customers is a company that I am willing to try. I really wanted/needed the relief, unfortunately this did not work for me. I am still willing to purchase other products from this company because of the customer experience that I received.
