I purchased these supplements to see if it could help with focus and mental clarity but instead they made me sleepy and gave me long lasting foggy brain. I was not aiming for these results and there are far better supplements for less money. I get the impression that even if people buy it once, it still turns a good profit so their reputation does not matter. I took it for 5 days, as directed each time I felt more tired and unable to recall information. I can do much better without them. Just got ripped off and they are laughing to the bank with my hard earned money.

I've spent over 20 minutes listening to and researching the reviews for this company. I've encountered these type of selling schemes before and have ALWAYS had one or more of the following things happen to me when I've stepped out in faith to try the product: billing me for a subscription I NEVER indicated when ordering, signing me up for the multiple packs when I only ordered the minimum, not answering emails or phone calls when trying to obtain refunds, so deeply hiding the whereabouts of instructions on how to cancel or not having a place at all, and just plain had to take the loss and stop payment by cancelling my debit card! I am so done with these kind of deceitful business practices. I've wised up after being taken a few times and always check the reviews now of every company with long presentations before ever going beyond them, and they load a potential customer down with so much information they can't possibly remember it. For once I'd like to find an HONEST business that truly cares about their reputation and how they treat their customers. After reading these reviews, once again another company I had hopes of helping me regain my hair loss, has proven to be less than honorable after reading the complaints from other customers. I see where they have made sure to put their replies to the customer complaints for all to see. But why should they need to do that at all? If you were honest to begin with this would not be happening so frequently. When the profit is more important than the customer the result is always less than satisfactory. What a continuing disappointment.

Nobody answers phone! Tried 3x and waited on hold for 18min, 24min, 16min with no answer after auto "hold". I am trying to return a product that did not agree with me. Extremely poor customer service! ? Reputable company!!

I bought the three pack of the Lymph MD as a one time purchase. I was just billed again, same fee, for the subscription of the same supplements. I never EVER do subscriptions, so this had to be purposefully misbilled hoping I wouldn't notice or not take the time to seek a return and reimbursement. I wrote an email to them last week, no response, and when I called the phone number was disconnected. Out of curiosity and to be fair the number is working now as I write this. Hope there is a resolution for my return request.

I ordered 3 bottles of Lymph MD. Very soon after first dose I got a massive headache followed by stomach upset. Knowing that this product wasn't going to work for me I carefully packaged ALL of it ( minus 2 pills) followed all their return instructions and sent them off. I have tried to text them, I have called repeatedly only to be on hold for up to 45 minutes at a time. No response. So I have to assume that they will just keep my $72.90. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SÇAM ARTISTS.i have called the numerous provided no less than 20 rimes and have NEVER gotten to speak to a representative. If you press "new orders" someone answers immediately then tells me they can't help me with refund then transfers me to refunds where I sit on hold. Scam

This company put me on a subscription that I was unaware of. I spent hours trying to find a place where I could cancel it. I tried calling the phone number has been disconnected. I feel like this site’s a rip off.

They changed my cc but no product delivered!

Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is a complete lie! Needs a Zero Star rating! I spoke with Max (Philippines) in their customer service department on 10/13/2024 regarding my order LHP-649200 — Dated 9/19/2024. I explained that I went through renal failure about three years ago, and had to wear a catheter for 13 months before undergoing bladder training and seeing three urologists to finally re-train myself to go to the bathroom properly. After seeing their video and reading their statements in their advertising - then considering the “no-risk guarantee”, I thought I’d try a natural approach to fighting the lymphedema I was experiencing in my legs and feet after a fall in late August. However because I am urinating uncontrollably since I started taking their Lymph MD product, the doctor advised me to discontinue taking it (with two full bottles remaining). I called to get my refund and cancel future shipments. “In this situation”, as the Filipino reps say, Max advised that I’d have to send the bottles back in order to get my refund. She did not have authority to issue the refund without me shipping the bottles back. She suggested I contact their customer service “back office” via email - with no phone number available to speak with a representative by phone in the US to take care of this. Nowhere in their advertisement or the paperwork I received does it state I’d have to pay the shipping to return the bottles in order to get my money back. But it does say the following: “You have 365 days to try Lymph MD by Nation Health MD and see the results for yourself risk-free. If you are not 100% satisfied - simply contact us and we will gladly refund your money.” I am NOT 100% SATISFIED! This is truly false advertising on their part. ‘One hundred percent’ should be 100 percent - no stipulations. My emails to the company have been ignored and a follow-up phone call (again relayed back to the Philippines) got me nowhere. I not only had to call my cc company to file a dispute, but pray they have actually cancelled the ‘continued subscription plan’. And after what I have been reading, customers have been running ragged to have the additional charges removed from their accounts from them not canceling subscriptions or future orders. My mother always told me if something seems too good to be true, it usually is!
