do not use this company in helping with you with Franchise State Taxes. .
Yes, National Tax Debt previously help me get a very good offer with the IRS. They is there expertise. There finance department were very nice and helpful. The staff stayed on top of everything. Yes, I know that both of these situations was something I put on myself. But, In February 2016 when I get back to them in helping me the Franchise Tax Board; it was a very different experience. I was stressing very badly. Each time I had to call them to see them. I made a payment to them that I knew I could not afford, but I trusted them, because of what they did for me with the IRS. Every time I talked with NTD, they would tell me that they were having problems with Franchise Representative person that had my account, (which I sort knew the Franchise person was a little difficult to talk with). Everything they asked me to fax to the National Tax I sent. But, each time I felt like things were not going in my favor, I even talked the tax consultant legal person at National Tax Debt , they are people who talks on the clients behalf to the Franchise people. They even told me, they also had problems with the person at the Franchise Tax Board. They told me that they were trying to negotiate an agreement with Franchise Tax Person to only garnish my check for 25%. I felt like that was going to be too much coming out of my check every two weeks. Also, in the meantime, I am facing of another payment to the National Tax Debt of $623.00 for them to render a service, which was not looking good for me. I continue to feel that something was not going right. When I went to get my 2015 taxes done, and I told my tax person how I was stressing and what was going on with me and back taxes to Franchise State Tax Board and that I was paying National Tax Debt to represent me. The person told me about the Franchise State Board Advocate Department, they gave me the number. I called that Department, they took my case looked at it and had the person who had my case to call me back. When I talk with person from the Franchise State Tax Board, they told me that National Tax Debt had sent numbers to them that were not matching in compliance and there was no way was my situation going to get any better. The Franchise State Person explain everything to me and work out the problem with me of garnish only 10% from my check, The person even apologize to me. When I called National Tax Debt talked with the accounting person, told them that I would like to cancel my account and I was very disappointed. Even though I made only one payment, but I did not feel that the service I received from the NTD previously was not the same this time. I ask them, if it was possible for me to get part of my money back. They told me that my complaint would have to go to the case manager. Well, I did receive a call from the case manager. Yes, I was truly still upset with NTD people. The case manager was trying to explain to me the process of them handling my situation. True, I interrupted her several times while she talking. Yes, I told NTD representative said that the person from the FSTB was not responding to them and that was a difficult person to work with. Well, the NTD case manager tried to fix it up, by saying to me. They never had any problems with FSTB. When, I told the NTD case manager that I was not satisfied with their services this time and I think they should at least refund me part of my money back. I was told that, the service was rendered. NTD person said to me I am sorry that you are having financial problems and your case with us is closed and no there is no refund . SO, will I recommend them. Like I said that before, it was my fault for not do the right thing with my taxes. But, I do not think I deserve the statement made by the case manager.

However, but for our negotiations with the state, your state payment plan may have even been greater or perhaps you would have experienced additional delays in obtain a release of the levy .
