This was long overdue: Working with Andrea Deis was the worst experience, and not only she didn't save us - as she promised - penalty fees and interest, but by the end of the deal, we got out with more debt than we started with. Plus the fees we paid them, our time and frustration - because of poor communication, arrogance and lack of decorum. When we tried to understand and ask questions, she was bothered by it and came down condescending on us.

After thousands of dollars paid to NTD, I am deeper in debt to the IRS, now have a tax lien filed against me, and after begging that they offer a reasonable settlement, they refused to do so. What a waste of time and money with results that are of no value. Shame on you NTD.

The promise of help with my tax debt was minimal at best. Only after I fully paid my fee to National Tax Debt was I told that my total assets would impact my chance of having my tax debt reduced. Stephanie, my original "tax professional" never communicated with me and when I complained I was told that she had quit. Add to that the fact that even though National Tax Debt was representing me I was the one communicating with the IRS. The assistance that I received from the local IRS office proved to be more useful than that which I paid to receive from National Tax Debt. If faced with this problem in the future I would not seek the services of National Tax Debt again.

I don’t care if I owed 20,000 or 100,000 Not like I was hiding anything, I wasn’t aware of the amount. And there was a loan submitted in my name by your company. If you’d like proof of that I have it. An email from the loan company and I also spoke to them. I had no income for 2015 through 2017 so your right I didn’t file. Your company is still very misleading. Why don’t you tell people up front the total cost instead of , it’s only 495.

This is a scam company. They collect your initial payment and do no work and never contact you. Don't ever use them. I spoke with one representative who cursed during the initial interview and did not seem to know what he was talking about. I called and called to find out the status of their review and never received any information. After several calls for a request for a refund, the person who initially took my case answered the phone and put me on hold for 8 minutes never came back to answer my call. I spoke to a supervisor and she stated that my case would not be able to be negotiated and smirked at how much I made. I told her that I did not want National Debt relief representing me (on the same day I sent them the initial $495) because I have heard no information from them unless I contacted them. She also stated and sent me a bogus screen shot stating that they completed the investigation withing 2 hours of my asking for an initial evaluation. How does that happen and I not receive any information back from them unless I called them. How long were they going to hold on to that info.. I think forever because they were never going to call me back. When on one of my calls the representative stated "oh I was going to call you and get your date of birth." I immediately contact the creditors to make sure none of these people use my data to get credit. That is how bad I felt about National Tax Debt. This company needs to be out of business. People who need help need real help not scams. I have since used a new company that is widely advertised and they have been great and doing exactly what I want. Use the nationally advertised company you hear about all day and all over the internet. Never use National Tax Debt.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They took our money, went in twice to offer only $500 to the IRS and was denied twice. They had us jumping thru hoops for over 2 years and then tried to get us to give them more money after we were denied or set up payments to the IRS thru them. CONTACT THE IRS YOURSELF!!! You can do the same thing they did and SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

national tax debt did little to nothing to help me with my tax problem.they made a lot of promises but basically had me send in a bunch of information and played a waiting game.took my money and never even used my finical information .not even a penalty abatement. nothing for me hard earned money.then after kicking the can for months they agree to anything the IRS wants. they were never rude but a total bad choice. avoid National tax debt like the plauge

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After I gave them my financial information and the amount of taxes owed they told me I was a perfect candidate for their services, which was to be an offer in compromise. A year and half later, they were not able to get me the offer in compromise and left me in a worse position than when I hired them. What they did get me is a federal tax lien on my property! Their tax attorney was also extremely unprofessional all the way through this nightmare ordeal....often times screaming at me on the phone, threatening me and she lied to me by telling me that she was the owner of the company. What they put me through and the disastrous outcome I would not wish on my worst enemy.
