Amanda was professional, patient and great to work with. We received our passports quickly. Would recommend anyone in a bind looking to get their passport application processed fast to use the service and ask for Amanda.

I am in a service/sales role myself and pride myself on the genuine aspects of which I treat my customers. I was VERY impressed with Amanda's 'above-and-beyond' approach and her genuine willingness to do whatever it took to make sure my situation was handled fully! I cannot thank Amanda enough for all she did for me and the level of service I received from her!

I was very nervous about even attempting to use a private agency to obtain an expedited passport because I honestly had no idea what it should cost or which documetns needed to filled out and sent in - but Rosealee put me right at ease! She was very friendly, but also very professional and very specific on all the documents to I needed to gather, where to find them, and how many copies of each I needed! she followed up our conversations with an email confirming instructions and supplying the documents I needed to access! I would definitely recommend them!!
