Absolutely atrocious service. Passport was sent back incorrect twice. Made an appointment at passport office in DC. Waited over an hour after traveling 3 hrs to get there. Was then told to wait another 4 hrs for my passport. The woman next to me was sobbing because of the service she received. It's a disaster and poorly organized with no correct information for the public.

The agents are ignorant about their job. They create facts and use those facts to make decisions. They give conflicting information. They are ignoramnt of the law. They are arrogant and speak with no accountability. Wow, this must be the worst department of the federal government.

Extremely poor service as I applied in Dec 2020 for 2 passports with IDs. I paid in excess of 350.00 December 2020. I was informed that due to covid please expect extended delays. So we waited patiently. we did receive our passport IDs in late January 2021, but never received our passport books which unfortunately is the most expensive item within this transaction. we never received any notifications at all - phone, email or other. In October 2021 I started inquiring as it has been too long and no correspondence of any kind. They indicated sorry it has been over 90 days please apply again and pay again. After several conversations with US passport customer service and managers, communicating unhappy with this standard procedure. In this covid environment, I don't know many people who can just throw away $350 plus dollars. they are informing if nothing received within 90 days, to restart process and pay all fees. However, when I applied end of December 2020, they only informed me to allow up to 16 weeks due to covid delays. Nothing of this 90 day policy. The 16 weeks they informed me to allow is longer than the internal policy of 90 days to restart and repay US passport fees.

I would not recommend using this company. They do not list a phone number on their website to call, the person who emails you details of how to get your passport will not answer their phone. I've been trying for month to get a refund since they charged my credit card and never got my passport for me. I had to end up doing it myself the old fashion way and already have it back for WAY cheaper. WHAT SCAM this company is. Don't waste your time or money.

When I was turned back at the passport application office for a Naturalization Certificate discrepancy, I was first told that I had to replace it to the tune of $345.00. Not believing this, I inquired further only to be given conflicting information during a 5-hour marathon of ineptness. It was my 59 year-old husband who haphazardly found the federal form that stated no alteration was needed if the name change occurred through court order or by marriage. All you married women out there be advised!!!

So I needed a visa for China. The fee they charge is $249 for 6-8 business days. I thought that would have included the government consult fee as well, since that is price most companies are charging to get. Nope not at all. They wanted an additional $160 for government fee. I asked what $249 was for and they said time and expertise. Standard for Chinese visa is 4 business days, so don't know where the extra time cost came in. Expertise, well that I'm not sure of cause they don't actually issue me the visa it's upto the Chinese embassy. They go and say there is hidden fees that other companies will charge you. I offered to send them an email confirmation of what other companies charge. She said they don't match prices and aren't going to pay $160 government for me. So I asked for refund. This company just wants to charge you double. Don't use. Look at other companies. I ended up going with visaexpress for $256 including 4-6 business days and credit card fee.

As with every other government agency - horribly run, horrible attitude, complete waste of time.

I bought this service basically to make sure the process was smooth and error free from my side by getting help from what I thought was a trusted advisor. After the first call after I paid, getting in touch with mu contact was virtually impossible, I was left doing alot of research myself. On top of that, I paid for rush service and still did not get my passport until 5 days after the paid for date. I would never recommend this company to a friend or a stranger for that matter...Especially now after completing the process alone, I can easily walk someone thru the process...and they wont have to pay 4 times the cost like I did. Thanks for nothing!
