NationaldetailprosReviews of nationaldetailpros.com

Did a terrible job washing my car. So bad I had to have it detailed after paying $261 for a detail job.

https:// nationaldetailpros.com RV: Paid extra for wax: Spray from a bottle Had to pay extra to wash the roof! Totally missed the windshield (still has dirt and leaves in the wiper well). Smudge spots remain overall. My rig had NO bugs splats, road spray or tar gunk. Just smog dust from stationary parking. Car: OK job, was charged for interior shampoo but what was used some kind of topical spray and not a wet shampoo. Exterior “cream wax” also came out of a spray bottle. 2 “detailers” came, 1 was recovering from knee surgery (could not climb the RV) and the other had ZERO previous experience. I posted my displeasure to their “reviews” area on their website, and the reply was “we’re sorry to hear you are not happy. You will have $10 off your next order and we assure you you will not have the same detailers sent again.” SAY WHAT? They have GOT to be kidding! Not cheap, not worth it if they charged HALF the price. They just don’t seem to give a hoot that they sent under-qualified detailers.
