Avoid this website please. They have no problem taking your money. But when it comes to withdrawal you have to send document after document after stupid pictures with your id in front of a computer while the computer is logged into your account. I am writing this update on April 17, 2025. I requested a large withdrawal on April 14 and expected it to be processed within 72 hours, as my smaller withdrawals have been in the past. However, the 72 hours have now passed, and I keep receiving emails from the KYC team stating that they are reviewing the other documents and will inform me soon.
