My husband was on a disease-modifying treatment that it is unsafe to come off of. They failed to answer pre-screening questions and or failed to write the script 2 months back to back despite pleading with their staff. Long story short my husband has been off of his meds for 2 weeks thanks to their indifference. This medicine is unsafe at the two-week mark and we have no path forward from them. Good luck anyone who is dealing with them.
