So far I like the Pain Shield product. I am a nurse who is on WC and have femoral nerve entrapment in my right leg. My problem is trying to get in touch with company to get supplies. I’ve teed th Tyler Tx number but it rolls over to Yonkers New York. No one answers any line. Where can I order supplies?

I am a medical practitioner (consultant physician) and suffer from Trigeminal neuralgia. I read the claims of the effectiveness of PainShield for this condition. My experience is that it is totally useless and in my opinion, may be harmful. There is no credible scientific proof to back the claims made. It is an expensive equipment which comit the user to buying expensive consumables.
