I strongly advise against buying from this shop. Incorrect Item Delivered: The lamp I received differs significantly from the product images on their website (the color variant of the struts/spacers does not match what was advertised). Defective / Poor Design: On top of that, the lamp has a severe design flaw—standard E27 light bulbs physically do not fit into the housing, despite being sold as E27-compatible. Hidden International Return Burden: Although the item was dispatched quickly from a local European warehouse (Warendorf, Germany), the merchant demands that the customer pay for international return shipping back to China to process a dispute. Customer support is completely uncooperative and shifts the full risk of defective and incorrect deliveries onto the buyer. If you order here, you risk being left with defective, incorrect goods and losing your money. Never again!

(Unbelievable experience I had with Nanolamps. The products are beautiful and the customer service is so so so helpful. I had problems with a delivery (I received broken parts) and they were so helpful fallowing up and solving by the end the problem for us. (Replacing the broken parts) It is a pleasure to work with them, Alexandra Allam Romania

State lontani da questo sito... pessimo. Ho acquistato una lampada venduta come FLOS Parentesi, almeno da foto e da foto recensioni (false). Mi è arrivata una copia (pagata comunque 105€), ma dal design comunque diverso dalle foto del sito e delle varie recensioni che a questo punto sono false. I pezzi interni sono arrugginiti, e il colore stesso della lampada era diverso (nella foto del sito era turchese, in realtà è arrivata una lampada verde pino). Ho contattato il venditore e dopo vari giorni in cui non mi son date spiegazioni sul perché mostrassero un articolo diverso da quanto poi in realtà spediscono, mi hanno proposto un rimborso del 50% del prezzo o il rimborso assumendomi il costo della spedizione (pari più o meno a 50€. Ho accettato il rimborso del 50% perché mi è parso fosse il massimo che potessi ottenere, ma se l'avessi saputo non avrei mai acquistato su questo sito. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Actually, this is a scam site. I purchased two lamps and, after placing the order, I received no payment confirmation. Instead, I was redirected to the payment page and asked to pay again. I sent two emails in 4 days asking to confirm my payment or cancel the order, yet I didn't receive any answer. I'm now in the process of being refunded by the credit card issuer. Keep off this site!

This is a lamp and lamp shade place, but what makes it unique is that they also repair lamps/pendants/etc. It's a lost art. I've had a antique floor lamp AND an expensive pendant light repaired. I had tried an electrician but they failed so it was a huge relief to locate someone who actually knew what they were doing.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a wall lamp and paid online by credit card. After completing the payment, I received no order confirmation and no payment receipt by email. I had to contact customer support myself to ask whether they had received my payment and my order. I also received no clear information about when the order would be shipped. After several emails back and forth, they finally told me that the product was actually not yet available on the market, even though it was already listed for sale on their website. After countless email exchanges and no satisfactory solution, I had to contact my credit card provider (Nexi) to dispute the payment and request a refund. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company. In my opinion, it is not reliable.

First the lamp I ordered was like I expected it - the service and contact was very nice and helped me in a situation where I was very concerned about the shipping. I would order again, because I know now that this team is really willing to g to help - so you better be relaxed.... thanks Rob
