This company is terrible I've tried contacting them they never get back to me just give me a run around after a week nothing I just keep asking for a refund no response the item they sent me was damaged broken also on the website it was pictured different as a free hanging sun catcher w gem stones hanging the item received was a cheap piece of plastic w a decal clued on still no refund no answer they just give me a run around no direct answer I got a reply we are reviewing your email pictures of item I sent the pictures of damaged item to then 3 times or a reply oh hello we can send you another item we'll have they read my responses I just said refund I don't want your cheap misadvised items and no don't want to wait another 3 weeks for this terrible packed quality item just issue me a refund please is all I want
