Nail Gun DepotReviews of nailgundepot.com

I purchased a pricey Nailer recently. The product was delivered but we never received it. This fact was not noticed until a few weeks later. I personally called them, and unusually, I was greeted by a real person. These ladies have gone beyond the usual to get our purchase whole. We truly appreciate such a business and will buy from them again without reservatios.

This company advertises Duo Fast 5012C 20 Gauge Galvanized Staple 1/2-Inch Crown x 3/8-Inch Length, 5000 Pack for around $9 a box with shipping which would be a great value. I received SpotNails brand. They swap out an inferior product. This isn't like a one time thing, no, this is their business model. They're knockoffs and they jam up. How do I know it wasn't an accident? Because they have, "Same as Duo Fast" printed onto each box containing 5,000 staples. Each box of 5,000 is then placed into a carton. Guess what's printed on the outside of the carton? "Same as Duo Fast." If a company is going to go through the trouble of printing a reputable company's name on their box, it kinda says how sketchy THAT company is. They're not even worth the $9 a box. If someone wants that brand sell it to them. If someone wants Duo Fast, then sell the brand you have advertised for sale and quit swapping out generics. I'm guessing they have done this to hundreds if not thousands of customers for millions of dollars. I should have wrote this review 2 years ago the first time I made this mistake.
