I did not receive my money back. They give me a thousand excuses and explanations how the system works only to be able to ask for more money to trust to them. My money is being held by them from 2020 till now. Earlier this month they try to connect with me and to regain my trust again. They say that to return my funds I have to start investing again through them. How do you think should I?

Lost all my life savings with these people. All goes well until you ask them to return all or even part of your investment/ profits. They always come back with an excuse and demand to pay them more money to solve the issue. They sweet talk you to beleive that you will truly solve the issue and pay them more without getting anything back. Investors watch out and stay away.
