If I could give this zero stars I would. This product does absolutely nothing. The costumer service will dodge your refund request everytime. This is a scam company. I wish I saw the reviews earlier than trusting this garbage.

We have been trying to return the product for a refund for 3 weeks. Each time they want more documentation. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I purchased the Magic Pro 2.0 from this company and asked for a return label to return it, as it was not the quality that I was expecting. I also found out that this same item can be purchased elsewhere for around $20. I received the run-around from Jay, their customer service rep., offering several discounts, a free product, free Pro 2.0 if I provided a positive video review. My request to refund the item has been in the process for nearly 2 months with no resolution. I've been told that it is currently under review, as it has to be approved. It's been under review for over a month. This company is a scam and will not honor their guarantee return policy, as they clearly promise on their website. Avoid this company at all cost!

I finally receive the magic pro 2. One of the electrodes doesn't work. I have attempted repeatedly to get the required return approval and return label, RMA. ONLY CONTINUED STALL TACTICS. MY VITALITY IS A SCAM!
