I too have been getting the runaround…
Update to the company's response: That is complete BS, I ordered it through your website & I have saved EVERY email! I too have been getting the runaround trying to get a return label & refund for this crappy product --) this company preys on people with neck pain! I have been dealing with a bot named "Jay" since Oct.16th!! I'm at 24 (YES 24!) emails & counting, just trying to get them to honor their "satisfaction guaranty" & refund my money! I too was offered a full refund if I made a 30 sec. video lying to everyone about how great their product is --) I refused to do that, so here we are. Don't fall for it!,

Hello, We are reading your review with great concern. We need to clarify two critical points immediately: We do not have an employee or bot named "Jay." We NEVER offer refunds in exchange for fake positive videos. This is against our company ethics and likely illegal. The fact that you were asked to "lie" in a video proves 100% that you are communicating with a fraudulent "copycat" website, not the official Vitality store. Scammers use these tactics to trick people. We do not operate this way. Please check the URL you ordered from. It is likely not our official site. We recommend you stop communicating with "Jay" immediately and file a dispute with your bank against that fraudulent vendor. Regards, Vitality Team
