I recently completed my 300 hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice. I had an amazing experience. Michelle and her fellow teachers are fantastic. My training was online and I found the flexibility extremely helpful as I work full time. The student portal is very easy to use. Even since I gained my certificate I have revisited the site to study more of the very comprehensive series of lectures available. I’ve learnt so much and my confidence for teaching has really grown. I cannot recommend My Vinyasa Practice highly enough and am eternally grateful to Michelle and her colleagues for the experience I have had. I will definitely return to MVP for future trainings.

Access to high quality content, offering different ways to approach yoga. There is so much to learn from the 300h YTT with My Vinyasa Practice. The team is super professional and always provided prompt replies to my questions, keeping a close support. The best online course I ever had.

I am Loving and truly appreciating MVP every step of the way from 200 hour towards Yoga Therapy Certification. Teaching assistant is very helpful. Learning on line can be difficult but MVP makes it possible. I am busy super busy and no one thought it would be possible to achieve the certifications I have in 4 years. I have a full time job, have a yoga business, give group classes and have private clients. MVP has made it possible with amazing flexibility, knowledge, education and professionalism for me to continue towards changing my professional full time career to a full time certified Yoga Therapist. A dream come true.
