I had the pleasure of taking a real estate course with Cindy Sinanan and I can confidently say it was one of the best learning experiences I've ever had. Cindy is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate industry but also an exceptional teacher who knows how to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable steps. Her teaching style is engaging, clear, and interactive, ensuring that every student stays involved and understands the material. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and provided real-world examples that made the lessons practical and relevant. What truly sets Cindy apart is their passion for the subject and their genuine interest in seeing their students succeed. Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance.

Took an MD CE class on Zoom with Cindy, really enjoyed it and it was very informative. Will be back!

I was very happy with the content. It was well written and delivered. It meant more to me because I have been on the HOA BOARD in my community for several years.
