This class was very good. Chris always finds a way to be interesting and informative at the same time.

I truly enjoy all day classes with Chris b/c he makes hard boring info come across easy and exciting. Chris has a ton of knowledge of real estate law and experience that he shares about running his successful brokerage business. Thanks for your dedication to this industry.

Chris is very knowledgeable and informative. The course was excellent!

I completed my Maryland CE classes with Chris of Tristar Academy and was very pleased with the presentation and content of the classes, that I looked forward to completing my DC CE classes with him.

Chris Sinanan's classes are ALWAYS informative, interesting, and fun! He provides a wealth of knowledge and thought-provoking discussions! I look forward to taking his classes!

The instructor, Chris was great! I have taken several CE courses with him, and I must say, I always walk away more knowledgeable. It's helpful when he uses real-life experiences to reinforce the information. I would definitely recommend this course and Instructor Chris! Jackie Jackson
