Not a trustworthy company
I loved this product. But now I have been trying to speak with someone about a warranty request as we bought a cover from them that ripped in the Texas sun. We have tried emailing, going through the contact form, and calling (their phone is only used as a messaging service). I really want to like this company as I really enjoyed their product, until it broke, but I am truly disappointed in them as a company.
