I ordered a cushion type thing that was advertised on YouTube. The item never arrived and they tried to rope me into a subscription which I knew nothing about. After a month or so I had to get my bank involved and I have got half the money back so far, I've got about another month before I get the rest of my money back. It was a blatant scam. Do NOT trust or order anything advertised on YouTube. I have purchased 3 items now and two didn't turn up, the other was falsely advertised rubbish. IF you are going to buy something on YouTube then pay via PayPal. They will always get your money back. Think is a scam company from Cyprus.

Still not received any item

Awful. Promise bag of clothes, but your added to a £40.65 subscription, unwillingly after paying £5.50 Support staff useless, all say different things. 5 people said I WOULD get a REFUND, lieing I never did. Now they are ignoring my emails. Beware!!!!? Complete Scam
