Scamming site, fake contacts and adresse

This is a bait-and-switch. The visitor to the website is shown an excellent 3D rendering and building plan for a garden shed and is promised a library of 12,000 more of equal quality. It looks like a great deal. But what you receive in your email is a slew of download links leading to zipped files containing a mish-mash of old drawings for a variety of outbuildings, including barns, pergolas, and garages, most of these drawings in 2D and not very detailed.
