There was a mistake with what I received one item. I emailed them about the mistake and it was fixed without any issues and very timely manner. This company is professional and extremely trustworthy. I have to say that Mypurpeptide customer service and shipping is phenomenal! I recieved my first order in about 2 days from date of order. When it arrived the metal lid on one of the vials was not fully secured and came off with ease. When I contacted customer support they responded the next day and resent a new vial that same day and it arrived in 2 days. Although I dont expect freebies everytime, I greatly appreciate the fact that they do send extra goodies when available. Thanks so much to Andrew and his team!

I’ve ordered a few times and have been very satisfied with MyPurePeptides. One order was a few days late getting to me but it wasn’t the company’s fault. While checking the progress in shipping I noticed it had gotten a little lost in transit. My package was sent to Memphis Tennessee (I live in Chattanooga) and then to Cleveland, Ohio instead of Cleveland Tennessee near me. Understandable mistake but not the companies fault at all. I laughed it off. In a world determined to be upset, we sometimes need to just cut people a little slack in our judgement. I will order again and again.
