Quality is not what I'm use to as compared to Tucci brand.

Great phone case, 0 communication! 0 tracking 0 answered phone 0 call back 0 email back That is absolutely no way to run a business!

The vertical clip is not enough to keep the unit from being knocked off when trying to sit in an office chair or desk chair. Would probably work better if I went to the hassle of threading my belt through it.

I love my case and would definitely compare it to the Otter Box any day. The issue I have is that I feel a weak spot on the left side just above the clasp. I'd like a replacement please.

I like the how rugged the case is. I'm not sure why all the cases I've bought don't have holes that line up with the phone buttons.

Case is fine and is as described. I paid extra to ship between 3 and 5 days. To took over 2 weeks to ship. Zero response from customer support when I emailed them concerning this matter.

The screen within itself is nice and the privacy portion works well. My only issue is that you can not use your finger print with the screen protector on no matter how high you set the touch sensitivity. I tried to redo my finger print with the screen protector and it just doesn't work. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Phone cover did not fit exactly. Slightly too long.
