My experience was poor, I ordered one phone case, never received a confirmation of my order, received and got charged for two, and when I finally found information about returning the extra case THAT I DIDN'T ORDER, discovered that it would end up costing me more than I paid for the one. The case it self is good quality but other than that, I got scamed

Never got my privacy phone screen, no emails nothing..

There's no contact phone number to contact the company, only through email. When I emailed the company to let them know the phone case did not fit my phone and needed to exchange it I never received an answer so now I'm stuck with a phone case that doesn't fit my phone.

I ordered it over a week ago and it’s still not here… plus I ordered it with priority shipping

According to the website the case I ordered should have included screen protector, but there wasn't one in the package. I've emailed myphonecase regarding the issue, but haven't heard back. The next day I decided to go ahead and use it on my phone and that's when I discovered the belt-clip which came with case was the wrong size. I'm guessing it's for a XS-max, but I ordered a case for an XS.
