This company uses brand name styles and sends out fake lookalikes. Looked for and wanted an Otter ox Defender case and that brought up Defender lookalike so I bought it. Unlike the real Otterbox Defender phone case I expected it was just another rip off hard plastic look alike in a cheap ziploc style bag, no papers, nothing. What a scam. Will return it, I will get my refund too.

Be very careful people. This Maxphonecase does not live up to its promises. I ordered for two cases 3 weeks ago today and I have never received them. They took the money off my account and I have sent them many emails non of which they have replied to. But from them at your own risk. I also heard from another person who ordered cases from them that the quality of the cases they sent to her were “FAKE” and looked nothing like what’s being advertised. For my case I have received nothing and my money is gone. #becareful

Hi Kainos, first of all, we're not Maxphonecase. I'm afraid if you bought the item from a different merchant. I sent you a request to confirm your purchase with us. Please email us with an order #, so I can look into it. If you haven't received your order, full refund will be issued right away. Thank you.

When I put my iPhone SE in the case, the protective screen didn't allow access to use my phone. This is the 2nd generation iPhone SE. No matter how hard I pushed down on the screen, my touch didn't reach my iPhone. And the tab that switched from audible ring to silent ring came broken. Sorry, but I won't be using this product.

Been checking mail daily and no phone case what seems to be the problem?? Guess I'll go to Amazon and receive it in a couple days not waiting on it weeks.

I have not yet received my order. I don't even see a shipping notice in my email inbox.

I ordered 3 items and received 2. I purchased “otterbox” cases and they arrived in a generic label with unintelligible english nonsense printed on the packaging… Not Otterbox products. The quality of the 2 products received appears to standard, but I cannot get a response from customer service where my third item is. I will be happy to revise this review upon receipt of my complete order.

I got the phone case I ordered, but the case was too small for my phone. I attempted to contact them over phone and email, and both the message I left and the email have gone unanswered. Terrible site, do not buy from them, they are a scam.
