I placed my order 10 days ago. I have not received a confirmation nor a delivery date. They did charge my credit card. I have sent MyPhone Case two emails and called them once, no response. If I do not receive my order by August 30th I will reverse the charge. Order number 249108.

The belt clip on my new phone case broke the second day I used it. Unlike Amazon which is relatively easy to return things like this. My phone case.com makes it difficult and if it is outside a 14 day window they don't let you return items.

Phone case was the wrong model. Screen protectors were both shattered when they arrived. Customer service hasn't responded to any of my emails, there is no phone number.

Paid for extra shipping and did not arrive until 4 days after it was suppose to

They take forever to respond when emailing or calling. I wanted to return my product because I bought a different one from another place and never heard back, when asking about returning the product.

Cheap, oversized, could not use, adjustment buttons don’t match with the phone. Threw it in the garbage.
