Avoid if you are a minority or value…
Avoid if you are a minority or value your time. I spent hours providing PFCU with every document imaginable—tax returns, leases, and IDs—only to be denied despite making $8k a month, having a 700 credit score, and nearly zero debt. By June 2026, I will have successfully paid off a high-interest Santander loan at $2,600/month, proving PFCU’s assessment of me was completely wrong. It’s clear to me that this branch isn't interested in helping the Mexican community or senior women. They offer no flexibility and no solutions. Don’t waste your breath on Natasha or this institution; they’d rather see you go to a "shark" lender than help a qualified minority borrower.
