Ultra Lite Products, Inc.Reviews of mypetcages.com

When my mother had to move into a care facility that did not allow pets, we had to move fast to accommodate her cat. I contacted Ultra Lite because they manufacture kennels used at the cat shelter where I volunteer and I am familiar with their quality products. Glen was able to expedite delivery of a kennel, which arrived quickly and went together exactly as the directions indicated they would. The only hitch was that the "pine pins" that hold the shelf floors to the frame were omitted from the parts package. They mailed those quickly. If you require a quality kennel, Ultra Lite is the way to go.

I needed some, hard to find, square pvc tubing and mypetcages.com was the only place I could source what I needed to finish my project. The shipping was fast and on point at a great price. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and kindly got my order together and shipped out next day. I couldn’t be happier with their prompt service.

These are top rate animal cages. I have purchased 3 of them. They will last a lifetime.

Product arrived quickly. It fit the bottle drop green bags perfectly!

The cages are always the best quality, and the communication is fast. Thank you!

I ordered replacement clips for my UltraLite Enclosures and was very pleased with their immediate response to the placement of my order. This company makes very high quality products which I have been using for 21 years!

Their product was beyond expectations and the service was wonderful and fast.

I was in need of a couple of replacement parts, and I was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners of the business actually answered the phone. No automated attendant, no voicemail, alive person. Glen was quick to answer my questions, and after consulting with individuals in the warehouse, he called me right back. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or a quicker response. His product is amazing and I would recommend the pet cages to anyone and if you ever need replacement parts, they are right there to assist you.
