I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed. Out of 18 years don’t think anybody made us feel like this . My son was turning 18 I wanted him to have a book he has the mind of five year old was looking for to this because it would have made him happy . But they canceled order because he was turning 18 🥲

We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointed you feel, and we completely understand how much this book would have meant to you and your son. We actually tried to contact you several times before canceling the order to explain the limitations of our software. Our books are currently designed for children ages 1–10, which is why those are the only age options available on our website. This is purely a technical limitation of our current system, and the decision was never about your son or his abilities. We’re genuinely sorry that we couldn't create this special gift for him, especially for such an important birthday. We’re working toward expanding our options to include more ages in the future, because we believe everyone deserves to feel like the hero of their own story.
