MyPC UtilitiesReviews of mypcutilities.net

I was having problems sending and receiving e-mails and MyPC Utilities was able to resolve the problem for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for excellent service that they provide.

program quit responding and interacting with other programs. MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

I had an error on my email, and I contacted MyPcUtilities online and they done a lot of research and fixed my problems in minimal time. The technicians were amazing and made sure that I understood what and why they were doing what needed to be done. I recommend this service to everyone. I feel that it is very fair priced as well.

Everything that was happening was repaired and functioning properly. Technical support was very resourceful and repaired the issues.

I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Couldn't be more pleased.

I shut my laptop several months ago and was ready to completely walk away because I had so many missing files and updates. I gave it one more try today and contacted MyPC Utilities with much apprehension. I thought I'd be wasting money but hopefully give me a temporary fix until I could get another laptop. I paid my money and ultimately Charles the Tech took control of my laptop, with my permission of course. He worked with and for me and gained a lot of ground. We were almost there....However, the entire working system needed help (I don't know the technical term). Through negotiation and money of course, Ryan the Premium Tech was driving my laptop. He completed the process of fixing and all together didn't take a lot of time...For me anyway. Thank you to MyPC Utilities. I highly recommend the company and if by chance you get Charles or Ryan, I know you'll be pleased. I was and am. Stephani Johnston

Just wanted to say that i appreciate the timely manner that my laptop was able to be fixed. I'm very pleased.

Technical Support is an excellent job in resolving my problem. PCUtilities was purchased to help clean-up a newly- purchased PC. Clean-up was needed to get AOL Desktop Gold to Install as it encountered Network Errors and Security Errors which were due to Junk Files. Upon purchasing PCUtilities, I encountered problems with Activation. Technical Support helped get the Software Activated, Software Setup and Software to Run. Technical Support remained with the Support Help to ensure PCUtilities ran properly and resolved the PC Clean-up. Technical Support remained on the Support Call to ensure my problem with download to AOL Desktop Gold was resolved. The End-To-End Support is appreciated. Thanks for the Help.
