I was having an issue with my computer, especially the email. I ended up purchasing the MyPC Utilities software and was initially assisted by technician Robert. i had extensive issues with my computer and was transferred to John an Advance technician who cleaned up my computer and resolved my issues. I am older and not very computer literate. The original technician helped with the basics and the Advanced Technician Benjamin cleaned and updated all of my system. Spent time explaining, made suggestions of loading more data on system and showed me how to run my own scans and how to get technical advice easily if run into problems.
