I purchased shoes in the beginning of August. I didn’t receive order confirmation until I emailed and asked at the end of August. I, again, did not receive any sort of confirmation until I emailed and asked and received a tracking number (all of the information in Chinese by the way) in September. 50 emails later, it is the beginning of October and not only do I not have the shoes but they are refusing to give me a refund. The bogus trackinf number they gave me says my shoes were delivered but my post office says they never received a thing. I have asked and begged and explained to get a refund or reship the shoes I plaid for and they are blaming me and refusing to do anything to fix the situation. The only think I want at this point and am rightfully deserved is a refund for shoes I bought and never received. I gave them three months of patience and they have given me nothing but haste. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISSNESS.

This has been such a horrible experience. Apparently they ship from overseas and it takes well over a month to get. Thanks for NOT making it for Christmas!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 email later and over 3 months i got my shoes. They was wrong so i called them. They said they would send a new pair done correctly. 2 months later no shoes. After 3 emails i get an email they was sent! No tracking # nothing i asked for a refund 2 emails later still no answer. I have contacted pay pal for a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you plan on waiting 2 to 3 months to get the wrong shoes.

I bought one pair of Converse in October for my birthday. They charged my card for two orders and I tried explaining this to them, but all of a sudden they could speak no English, other than to insist that they only charged it once for one order, up until the day that they shipped (IN LATE DECEMBER), where they were like, "I'm sorry. Both orders already shipped.". Unbelievable. That's not all, though. It turns out that these Converse are fakes. One even says 'Ckuck Taylor' instead. They are also falling apart after just a month of wear! I emailed the store about this and they asked for pictures of the shoes, so I promptly sent them and now they will not reply to any of my inquiries. Terrible quality. Terrible people. Don't waste your time.

Goods were ordered in late October. It is now early February and the goods are nowhere to be seen, the tracking number is invalid. Sellers makes many promises but does not follow through on any of them. Stay away!

I have had the worst experience with this website. I have been dealing with them since the beginning of December. Long story short, my shoes were extremely late (fine). I finally get them over a month later, quality is terrible. Picture is botched, paint marks dripping down the shoe, paint all over the shoe lace holes and wrong size. I contact them and they said they can't help where the paint goes. I also said they were the wrong size. They decided to stop responding. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Worst experience. I asked for new shoes or a refund and they won't even contact me back. Don't use this site.

My father ordered me corpse bride high tops for my wedding in November. We got them late January. They looked like a 5 year old drew on them. The bride looked horrible. LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE. I took photos and send them over to the owner he kept asking me what was wrong with them. He finally agreed to make new ones. I told him to send me a photo before he sends them that never happened.we never got the shoes and he will not provide a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES FROM HERE. we also called fed ex no such order was coming our way he lied.

Do not buy from these people, they sent substandard painting of shoes, (they admitted this themselves) sizes that you did not order, the Converses look fake too. They promise refunds and do not issue them or reply to emails sent. I have been waiting months for a partial refund of Converses that look rubbish and still waiting despite several emails. If their photo's are anything to go by, I doubt they are their own in comparison to their items! I do not know why they are allowed to trade on the Internet as they are just scamming people with their claim to paint shoes properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
