Confusing communication and false statements
This "company" is closer to one individual or a small group of people dropshipping the items advertised on the website. Almost all of their products come from china. Their website also states that they themselves test the product(s) before sending it to the customer, something that isnt possible for them to do. Dropshipping gets rid of the need for warehouses to store the items you sell. They themselves never touch the product you receive, it comes straight from the supplier. They also seem to find fast shipping important as its one of the first things you see when visiting their site. Yet when you ask for when your product will arrive you hear that it takes 7 to 10 business days, not anywhere close to fast shipping. Conclusion: if you are not in a hurry to receive the item you bought then you can buy from this store. If you need it in a reasonably fast timeframe then you are better off looking elsewhere.
