The fact that I didn't have to put out a high security deposit if freed up my money to buy little things I want to put in my new home I'm very happy with the fact that I could do this a very good program for those that don't have a lot of money at one time I recommend it to anybody

So far it's taken a load off of our moving expenses. As long as they don't just tack on erroneous charges when we are finished renting, then it's pretty awesome.

Honestly at the beginning I was scared because it was like too good to be true. But turned out to be super good and didn’t have to do the security deposit. This helped me a lot and saved some money. Thanks to everybody.
