Even if it’s the same household, the system typically links each patient to a unique email address for: Login and account access Receiving documents and approval emails Identity verification and records If you already used your email for your husband’s account, it may cause confusion or make it harder to access your own card details. Best next step: Please contact support and let them know you need to create or switch to a separate email for your own account. They can help update it or set up a new profile for you quickly.
