Title: Three Months. No Refund. No Product. No Shame. Review: I placed an order (#6763) with Mymanu on 14 May 2025, paid $157, and never received the product. On 28 May, they admitted in writing that a refund would be processed. Today is 18 August — no refund, no product, no communication. I’ve sent over a dozen emails. They respond with copy-paste templates or ignore me completely. They’ve stalled, lied, and vanished. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECCES-66737). I will continue to escalate this through every legal and financial channel until I get my money back. This company is either grossly incompetent or deliberately scamming people. Avoid them at all costs.
